Pros

The company culture was fun, the work wasn't too crazy in the role, and the managers and coworkers are all great. There was a lot of room for growth before they started outsourcing. For this reason I am being charitable with my stars. But things have started to downturn, so I may dock points in a couple months when I'm laid off officially

Cons

Toast started hiring and creating new roles offshore. Then announced layoffs all of a sudden. They claim they are getting rid of redundant roles, but they intentionally did this to outsource and cut costs. My job has been outsourced, and I am having to train my replacements at an accelerated pace. This is both cruel to me as an employee, but also unfair to the replacements who are offshore and are struggling with the pace.

Pros

Flexible hybrid work, great culture working for the company, benefits and pay is pretty good as well

Cons

Can feel hard to move within the company as opportunities don't open up often for specialist to move upwards

Pros

-it can be flexible just depending on who your manager is -well developed tams can be self sustaining and bring you to quota every month -nice perks like monthly stipends

Cons

-onboarding can be awful if you don't have the right person on your team -so many sales trainings and they don't always make sense
