Great company. Stiff for young ambitious people - R&D Engineer TotalEnergies Employee Review

Old-school: the company's long history makes it stiff. You need a diploma from X, ENS or HEC to have access to high positions. Managers are very bright ex-students basically. Promotions should be more based on merit. It's a shame since there is so much diversity among the 100,000+ employees.
