      Pros

      Good company to work for in france. There's a lot of advantages and a lot of money, when you need something you generally got it.

      Cons

      To much hierarchy, they are more concerned by politics within the company than by the work to achieve. Everything goes to slowly.

      You have to be French to succeed or move up. And you aren't highly regarded if you don't speak French.
