      Pros

      The people who work there are great and always assist in anything. Some of the benefits are good too.

      Cons

      The companies communication is failing. Staff are always informed late with regards to salary expectations or bonuses. The pay should be much higher for the work load and staff turnover is high

      You have to be French to succeed or move up. And you aren't highly regarded if you don't speak French.
