10yThank you for taking the time to provide feedback and a review. I'm sorry to hear about your experience and hope that since you left our company you've found the work environment you are seeking.
Providing helpful feedback and training as we continue to grow has become one of our highest priorities. I worry about it too. Over the past three months we've worked to improve our on-boarding and training program by integrating newly created customer service and technical training courses into our employee training roadmap. Additionally, new team members are encouraged to job shadow peers with similar duties so they can learn about their job by walking through the work day with a teammate.
That said, I'm thankful that you took the time out of your day to share your opinion here so that I and others can reflect on it and brainstorm additional ways we can adapt and do more to ensure others feel supported in their role with us.
