      Fast paced environment keeps you busy and the day goes by quickly. Work culture is awesome.

      Cons

      Training needs to be made a priority. Can be frustrating when you do not know everything yet the expectation to meet the standard is still there.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
