Good visibility and opportunity to grow. Great access to further education thru inter company education program at Ingersoll Rand University. Any class you want

Not always the best at looking at all candidates in the talent pool for succession planning and investment in employee development. If you have the drive, you can make it for yourself, but not a structured program for it.
