      company with strong position in the market ability to work in other dept (depending on your boss) to drive development and career path Sport and Social Club (monthly events for members)

      excessive work demand long working hours, overtime not paid work not appreciated, achievements not recognized employees' suggestions rarely taken into management consideration hard to find workplace mentor

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
