      Pros

      great benefits not offered by most companies I haven't seen a promotion that wasn't well deserved bonuses tied to individual performance and group performance many paid training opportunities including subjects not directly applicable to their position

      Cons

      poor communication in some aspects, unfortunately with customers at times some goals are not realistic which are tied to incentive pay cooperation among departments or divisions

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
