      -Great work atmosphere - Leads are very encouraging - At the end of the internship, a meeting was held with the VP, where all interns have to present the work done

      Cons

      - Slow growth - Pay isn't that great

      Oncall most of the time, constantly changing rules, but not bad

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
