      Pros

      IR is a great company having very ethical business approach. CEO, Senior leadership & Sector leadership is really competent. Excellent talent development infrastructure & programs. Handsome salaries and other benefits.

      Cons

      Weak & unsupportive regional leadership. Communication gap exists between regional leadership and low, medium grade employees. You need a godfather to grow as too much favorism exists. Slow & indecisive decision making. Confused between Indian & western business polices.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
