good pay great bennies and a great oppurunity for some young talented guys

Cons

poor management and communication talent pool is lacking poor on no training from supervisors on refrigeration side politics should not play a roll in this enviorment

Pros

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Cons

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
