Management follows open door policy. If you need time off, its never an issue. Work with well versed and well rounded engineers.Offer benefits package day 1.

Cons

Scheduling is not very flexible in reference to education. Personal Growth is slower

Oncall most of the time, constantly changing rules, but not bad

Pros

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Cons

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
