You can have more opportunities and exposures. The products are not traditional industry goods, kind of durable consumer goods or high tech.

it's flexible and fast paced like a start up. If you are someone likes to follow process then you will feel lost. You need to do something from scratch and you might be the one to develop a process. There are quite capable, hardworking and brilliant people while there are free riders as well. Sometimes you will feel demotivated.
