Pros
Benefits are on par with most companies of this size, but nothing to set them apart. Salary is so so. It's the great people and experiences I've had that have kept me there for so long.
Cons
They have a tendency to ride those that work and just watch those that don't. There is a serious lack in chain of command. They are a few years into their lean transformation with Ingersoll Rand, which has them almost to the point that they were functioning under American Standard. Not that anyone of importance will ever admit to it...
