•No communication from office to GM of department, from GM to floor supervisor, from floor supervisor to employees, or from shift to shift. •Hourly pay for tier two employees. •Treatment of factory floor employees. •Work/life imbalance.

Oncall most of the time, constantly changing rules, but not bad

Pros

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Cons

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
