Pros
Worked here for 10 years now at the time of this writing and has been the best company I have ever worked for. They care a great deal about their employees and offer many great benefits.
Cons
As with any company they have their up and down periods and at times will need to lay people off. Doing so spreads the work load across fewer people and can cause stress levels to go up.
