Work itself is easy Hours are good if on Dayshift Benefits are good
Cons
Management is horrible across entire plant HR really doesn’t help with anything They believe feeding employees is incentives They don’t really care about safety They lie and keep things hidden from workers No accountability at all The slack and lazy workers are appreciated and get moved up hard workers get used and burnt out They have favorites and they already know who they are going to give a position to before interviews take place If you suck up to supervisor that’s enough to get moved up
