If you don't meet your quota and are too slow, they don't care about you, they toss you and find another. Also, mandatory overtime or else, fired. I've seen this dude, always sleep in his truck at lunch. That's not good. That dude is probably exhausted every single day. If there was no Saturday and Sunday then great, but every day sometimes 10 hours? Good money, but I don't want my mental status to be all destroyed. I always go home irritated.
