They allowed people to be creative in ways to generate revenue. I had a guy create a program to mine the motor carrier database to create leads.
The cubicle you lived in. I believe it would've been a lot more proactive to get the management and the sales reps together to collaborate on how to get more customers.
Advice to Management
First of all give high producing sales reps the opportunity to move around within the company instead of keeping them in one spot just because they're good at it. Secondly, have an open door policy that is really an open door policy.

The person interviewing was laid back and made you feel comfortable. Very smart and intelligent session. After leaving I knew I had the job and was excited to start working there.
