Middle management and senior Management threatens the existence of their subordinates. Employees are treated in an undignified way. They are treated and intimidated at various stages, conspiracy against some employees by senior management. Abusive languages are used by middle and senior management towards their counterparts. Few employees in some vertical are being threatened which effects their productivity at work. HR is non existent and acts hand in glove with the so called the management.
