Pros

Good benefits and good location

Cons

Long term employees are not valued. If you want a place to work for a few years then it’s okay but they seem to lay off employees who stay too long so don’t plan on staying there for more than a few years.

Thank you for spending 10+ years with TransUnion. I want to start by sharing that each and every associate here is valued - not only for who they are but the experience and expertise they bring. I'm proud to share that we have many valued team members who have spent 20+ years of their career at TU and continue to dedicate themselves to the organization. It's important that we all see and respect one another for our contributions and backgrounds. We continue to focus on career growth and development, because it's important to create the space for our people to own their career. Thank you for leaving a review. - Katie Coleman, Senior Vice President and Interim Chief Human Resources Officer
