Very unpleasant working culture. International organisation believes it is their job to kick the regional business into touch, the regional CEO believes it is his job to kick the business below him and so on down the line. The result is a stressful fear culture. It is an extremely fast paced organisation but with a lack of focus or consistent direction many initiatives are rushed and ineffective.
