Pros
I do not have any positive comments on working at TU. They made it difficult to differentiate themselves in the marketplace. I felt like they were looking to shop themselves around for a spin off of the Health care division.
Cons
They do not invest in their products to compete in a very difficult and challenging health care market industry. I found it extremely tough to compete in differentiate their products. Also, I feel the senior leadership was weak and could not articulate a vision along with setting unreasonable sales quota attainment.
