Pros
The healthcare branch definitely has more of the wild west feeling than the traditional TU Credit does. Management is decent, not terrible at all, but far from the best I have had. There is a very clear career ladder, something that is hard to find these days. I would recommend this company to a friend.
Cons
They do not do a good job at developing talent. They want top talent, but don't pay accordingly. They do not invest in infrastructure, but want results. For example, they are content having an analytic group without any analytic tools.
