There is no HR number to call and everything is based on a ticket. Training is very fast paced and attendance is docked for every minute you are late including when there are issues with their system and managers will send you a write up without coaching that you either accept or dispute. Its an awful company to work for all in all. Run dont walk away.

Work from home
The company provided equipment
get paid regularly
some paid holidays
Cons
low pay rate
The company created 401K using employee pay for contributions. No company matched contributions.
does not pay out for PTO accumulated if terminated.
forcefully added responsibilities w/o pay increases for new skills or additional responsibilities.
dead-end job
Customer surveys based on emotion are used to decide employee retention AND team leads use same emotionally charged surveys to build coachings around.
this company and its reps want you to be able to convince customers a denied refund is in their best interests resulting in afore mentiond negative survey; where if you get many of these calls you will be fired despite having done your job correctly and context isnt even a factor in these situations.
Every single team lead has their own interpretation of company policies.
This company will force you to fight for your job every day when situational context is flat-out ignored.
