      Large contracts with Major auto manufacturer

      Cons

      Lots of employees with disgruntled attitudes and middle management with preferential treatment methods. Toxic work environment. Unfair distribution of Overtime. Violations of ESA in regards to lunch breaks for this position (no breaks for 8 hour shift)

      Pros

      Keeps you busy, fast paced. chance for advancement after one year. not much else to say as a pro. other than to say its a job.

      Cons

      Old equipment the shunt truck I'm using is 8 years old and poorly maintained. Little to no training on the job your assigned. Pay is way below what it should be, if there is a mistake in your pay it takes a long time to get it fixed. If one of the shunt drivers has a day off, management waits until the last min to try to get someone to fill in, leaving the other shunt driver to do the extra work.
