Pros

This is not your average support role. There is high interaction and collaboration with coworkers and clients to resolve system related issues at this role, and I found the Decorah office to be very welcoming and encouraging from the very beginning. The office is mostly dedicated to customer service and support services and there are many opportunities to expand your skill set in customer service, technical abilities, team work, communication, etc. There is a huge emphasis on teamwork at TriTech and co workers frequently work together and continuously learn from each other. Regardless your technical background, or lack there of, this position offers all applicants the opportunity to expand on their technical abilities and knowledge of troubleshooting. Management takes a point to get to know you and what you are interested in, and does their best to get you on projects to match your interests. TriTech is an understanding employer and management is flexible to work with their employees on all the ups and downs that your personal and professional life can throw at you. I found my supervisors and coworkers were very supportive and patient while I got up to speed on the technical aspect of this role.

Cons

This position requires excellent customer service as there will be times that you will need to tell a client something they do not want to hear. Make sure you accept this job with an open mind and a willingness and patience to learn.

Pros

They know how to hire very hard workers

Cons

The manager didn't seem to know how to manage her own time well, and it reflected in poor team management & expectations. It was normal for her to live at the office and she unfairly took out her frustrations on the team.
