I have been working at TriTech Software Systems full-time (Less than a year)
Working for a company who has products & services that make a impact and difference in the communities that our customers serve is a rewarding feeling. Great office environment (happy hours, family style lunches on Wednesdays), team oriented and great work life balance. Opportunities to work across multiple departments and room for growth within your own team, they want to see those with high potential.
Growing pains, organizational changes, sometimes hard to find information, better product training.
Advice to Management
Keep being the change you want to see in the company; if you want to see a difference in your employees, it starts at the top and trickles down.
I applied online. I interviewed at TriTech Software Systems.
Interview process was dysfunctional. If Donald Trump ran a software company this is how I imagine it would be run. Very Bad! Software engineers were not on the same page as other staff. Screening process was ridiculously too easy and set me up to fail. Similar to how Mike Flynn wasn't properly vetted by the transition team and failed after a few weeks. When I asked tough questions they wanted to dodge and hide behind some bushes like press secretary Spicey. Very Sad!
