      We were working on the next generation of the technology but I don't think management had bough into it.

      Management has no idea what the direction of the company should be, All the good developers have left.

      They know how to hire very hard workers

      Cons

      The manager didn't seem to know how to manage her own time well, and it reflected in poor team management & expectations. It was normal for her to live at the office and she unfairly took out her frustrations on the team.
