      There is nothing about this company that is a pro.

      Cons

      I personally witnessed people lying to clients, having horrible (and rude) email exchanges with clients, and making promises they knew they could not deliver on. Their ability to execute on deliverables was subpar at best and outright lies at worst.

      Pros

      Working at Trianz as a Data Architect was a great experience. The work culture is supportive and collaborative, and I always felt trusted and valued. Projects were meaningful, with plenty of opportunities to work on modern technologies. Good benefits, work-life balance, and a team that genuinely cares made it a fulfilling journey.

      Pros

      Trianz works with cutting edge tools, including AI technologies (Agentic, MCP...etc) to deliver the best solutions for clients

      Cons

      Trianz will scale up teams and resources and then pivot and abandon ideas very quickly due to indecisiveness at the leadership level. To take a job here is a very risky because what this company is trying to achieve is not very clear.
