      I have worked in healthcare 25 years and Trilogy is the best company I have ever worked for! It's not only about the residents, but they make sure their staff is taken care of to. The best benefits around for sure.

      Staffing can occasionally be challenging during busy shifts, which can make the workload stressful at times. Communication between departments could sometimes be improved for smoother workflow.
