      The shifts were only 4 hours long and scheduling was pretty flexible, getting to interact with an older crowd of people was generally pleasant

      It didn't feel like there was much room to grow in the company

      Pros

      - customers were nice 99% of the time - management is fair and treats employees well - co-workers all worked hard and ready to help each other - scheduling & time off was reasonable

      Cons

      - promotions aren’t allowed for associates under 21 - pay is a tad bit low but it’s not like I was overworked for it
