Pros
Friendly colleagues all willing to help, no micromanagement, no mass layoffs in company history, great market position, excellent opportunity to build skill sets
Cons
Poor training, stressful role, understaffed, very slow upward movement, fixed 3% annual raise, constant organization/product changes that are very difficult to stay up to date, it fluctuates - but often no work life balance. It’s a great career starting out or as you enter the latter half of your career as this company provides stability but low pay
