Pros
Good work-life-balance, family friendly, stable, very few layoffs, great office, great coworkers, easy to transition between teams with very little "drama". The last time we were on the Best Places to Work in Maine was 2018.
Cons
Overall very few, although the acquired companies (which happens frequently) tend to have very different work cultures and technology. This can be a pro, meaning, learning new technologies, or a con, if there was toxic culture in the acquisition that isn't trained out (and virtual work can sometimes make that more difficult to fix).
