Worst Environment Ever!! - RN Case Manager UCLA Employee Review

Leadership is delusional and not aware of the hostile environment that they hire the staff into. Between the resident doctor over-inflated egos and the Resource CM laziness whom then grill the onsite staff is completely unprofessional. No breaks for even the restroom! Very little praise for what you have accomplished in your daily run around of this position.
