      Pros

      When you work hard, you are recognized for it and my boss is an incredible mentor and motivator.

      Cons

      Hard to move up unless you are willing to hop around to different schools, and each school is run very differently.

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up
