      Pros

      Diversity, good weather, There is fairly good activity in science. If you enjoy the outdoor activity this place is one of the best.

      Cons

      Downside for couple with kids (no child care expense). Some of the faculty don't treat postdoc fellow fairly. The union recently formed but it's early stage to be effective.

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up
