      Classes, coaches and community in the martial arts industry is always a fantastic culture.

      Cons

      Overtime was disregarded. Commission unpaid. Workplace culture was toxic. Senior Management was extremely outdated. CRM was bottom priority.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
