Pros
White only hiring for majority of roles Leadership in Ops/ and throughout committed to kick out colored folks HR will nickel and dime us but boot lick management * daily
Cons
Redundant positions- ex: Sr. mgr, ops mgr, both do the same work, but we can’t get .50 cent raises. HR- facilitates bigoted environment, enabler of all things that are stated here -senior leadership stuck in the 70’s and 80’s, spends time gossiping but never actually working
