Pros

As such there are not much pros. Very limited. some team outings, appreciation awards.

Cons

The most important and first point is very less salary given to employees. To live in a city like bangalore they are hardly paying peanuts. They do not care how the person is surviving. They dont care if he has a family or not and how they are surviving. They take so much amount in a person's name from clients and not even give 30% of the amount as salary. I am very surprised to see how people are still in this company. So much politics in the team and based on that appraisals and your salary increases. Appraisals are given to the minimal to a best performer as well. Really disappointed with this company. Taking advantage of employees. Making them work to the maximum but paying very less.

Hope the culture doesn't dilute as the company grows more.
