Pros

Decent starting pay, if you're an intern. Okay benefits.

Cons

Training was very slapdash. They hire a group called Mentor Global for training, and who they hire to teach is a BIG gamble. My group was taught poorly for most of the training. All of us graduated, but only a fraction were hired on at the end of our contracts, despite good performance. As well as this, the management we were left with were not very forceful, and did little to alleviate problems between us and the contracted company. Pay is bad if you're staying with UST. There is limited growth potential if you're a contractor. Paltry COLA if you have to move, which they push quite a bit.

Hope the culture doesn't dilute as the company grows more.
