Pros

No Pros. Totally wasted time of their applicants

Cons

Will make you wait for ages. I applied in July. It took 2weeks before I heard from them just to find out that the Chart Retrieval Associate post didn't materialize and the management decided to hire internally, so I was invited to another set of interview for a different LOB. I was told by the ops that I can expect positive result, however, they can't extend the offer to me that time coz they said they needed to finalize something (whatever). Said will contact me next week. But the "next week" turned out to be a month, and ended up for a Chart Retrieval post again. But that's ok since I finally signed a contract last September 21 stated that my start date is September 28. Until a day before the 28th, I received a call telling me that they needed to move the schedule of our training for a week. After the call I got a message asking me to dropby in their office. Only to learn that they needed 2-3 weeks more coz the client wanted to have 50 more trainees, blah blah. The worst thing is, no work no pay even if they want to keep you waiting until 6mos.
