Pros

The on the ground technical team are very competent, with some very experienced and high quality people. You will work along side some great people.

Cons

There is very little emphasis on personal development and growth. As a consultant, I have no time to anything, except work for clients. Your an asset that will be sweated. Ultimately this will lead to one of two things. 1) People will leave, because their growth will stagnate. 2) Your people's talent will deteriorate and overall the skills required for your clients will degrade.

Dear USsociate, thank you for taking time to provide feedback. Feedback from USsociates such as you is critical as we take every effort to enhance the employee experience. Regarding opportunities for development, as you may already be aware, developing talent for the digital age is pivotal to UST's culture, success and digital transformation. Our award winning L&D COE has established several learning mechanisms to accelerate our "born to learn" culture including an e-learning platform that hosts some of the best in class learning providers, in addition to virtual classrooms and instructor led trainings. I would be more than happy to connect you with your L&D point of contact, and also ensure that your learning needs are met. Please feel free to email me at kiran.mathew@ust-global.com and I will set aside time to speak with you.

Pros

One of the things I value most about UST is the people. I have worked with supportive colleagues and leaders who are approachable and willing to help when needed. If you take ownership of your work and consistently deliver, you are trusted with greater responsibilities rather than being micromanaged. The company offers exposure to global clients, diverse technologies, and teams across different regions, which keeps the work interesting and helps you grow professionally. Learning opportunities are available for those who actively seek them out, and I have always felt encouraged to share ideas and improve the way we work. Like any large organization, your experience will depend on your project and manager, but overall I have found UST to have a collaborative culture where people genuinely work together to solve problems and support each other's success.

Cons

Cons Work life balance can vary depending on the project. Some delivery phases require extended hours, but better planning during peak periods would help.
