Pros

1) Flat hierarchy. Whilst seniority is respected, politics is at minimum. 2) Opportunities. If you have a diverse skillset, you can work in another domain. 3) Training. The company is willing to use its resources to develop an employee according to its needs. 4) Not too lax, not too stringent. The company understands that a satisfied employee, is a productive employee. 5) Work life balance.

Cons

Rating is above average though may not be top notch or slightly lower than what you would expect of a global company. The pros may not be the same for everyone, it varies depending on account or area. But overall, positive.
