Pros

1) You will not be layed off, no matter what you do. 2) It's a good place for people who don't want to do anything, just play politics and push the work on others bucket 3) Good place for freshers who can't find job else-where and want to enter the IT industry 4) Salary will come on time 5) Working 5 days a week

Cons

1) It's like a Govt Job but without Perks, Nothing much to learn or do. 2) HIKE/APPRAISAL - don't expect much in this domain, UST is infamous for not give people the hike they deserve 3) The more you work the more you will suffer, other people work will be put on your head. 4) If your from Tamilnadu and/or Kerala this is the right place for you guys. Kannadikas, North-Indians beware, you guys will never receive the due credit you deserve. 5) The place your from & the language you speak matters more then what kind of work your doing 6) No place for people who have a thirst for knowledge 7) They will increase your workload, but not your pay grade
