Pros

1. Good place for freshers to get a job 2. You will get to learn many things

Cons

I worked full time in Client location. (Day 1 to LWD) * It was the worst part of my job life. The way UST as well as client treat you at workplace is PATHETIC. It is like Master-Slave believe me. You will feel like working in a Govt. company with no job security :D. * TOO MUCH POLITICS , PARTIALITY and Linguistic & Regional issues. * Leads behave as if they are the CEO of the company. * Managers encourage you to speak about any problems you face. If you speak then u r GONE. No one will listen to you. Ultimately ONLY YOU will pay the price. * No value of your SKILLS. * No work-life balance. * Too much team switching.
