Pros

Schedule is flexible, but this of course depends on the client you're working for.

Cons

RMG here is the worst. They're unprofessional, unaccommodating, and expect you to relocate in a heartbeat. Your experience with UST really depends on the client you're working with and your internal team and that, your fate, is left to RMG. The same goes for work life balance. I've been with clients where it was just 9AM-5PM, and others where its been 10AM-1AM. I've seen both sides of the spectrum, and overall I have gained valuable experiences, but is this a company that I would want to stay with long term? No. If this is the only IT consulting company willing to employ you then go for it, but otherwise reconsider. Pay is lower than industry standards and benefits are scarce.
