Pros

Nothing as such in compare with Infosys

Cons

1. A money making company only. 2. Inside building premises, they sell everything to employees which should be provided free of cost to remotely located employees 3. A commercial complex, nothing else 4. They do various false commitments shamelessly even with their employees who are their core assets. 5. New joinee, caution, join at your own risk. No projects; may send you to their client locations; Malayalees preferred. Your travel expenses never get reimbursed. Finance Reimbursement Team is so ironically awkward. You would be hired by saying all travelling expenses are reimbursed. Once you apply for reimbursement, they refuse by saying shamelessly that it's a false commitment done by your hiring HR. As said, it's a money making firm. No matter, from where it comes. 6. Existing employees who are more than 10 yrs old, shows don't know anything. 7. Everyday, it's gone to be a challenge for you.
