      Pros

      It's an great company to work for someone who starting their career night shift allowance Weekend allowance On Time Salary!! 10/10

      Cons

      Not much growth- won't see any sort of career growth i.e moving on up just add more work or responsibilities stuck in the same salary band since joining They prefer woman over men when it comes to rewards and recognition - so if you are pretty, charismatic gal then definitely you are going to very far! Management doesn't take chance to see if someone is able to make leadership roles

      Remote work particularly in onsite settings has led to developers operating in silos. organic relationship building that once supported strong collaboration and team engagement has drastically diminished

      I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager.
